The service
AuthBeam is provided free of charge by VERIDYNE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania (CUI 51635423). It helps you move users between identity platforms: it reads an export or a tenant, explains what happens to each password, converts the data in your browser, and imports it or gives you a pack to run yourself.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in secure, and use the account only for your company.
- Use AuthBeam only on tenants and user data you are authorised to handle. You remain responsible for your users' data, your legal basis for moving it, and your vendor agreements.
- Confirm hash formats carefully, run the pilot, and keep a copy of your source until you have checked the result. A wrong hash imports cleanly and locks people out.
- Use credentials with the least access that works, and remove them when you finish.
- Don't use AuthBeam to attack or overload it or any other system.
Disclaimer
AuthBeam helps you plan and run a migration. You decide what is imported into your tenant. A migration can fail, lock people out or change their data, so test it with your own users. AuthBeam does not replace a review by a qualified identity architect, who can weigh your architecture and your business context.
What each vendor supports, and which plan includes it, comes from the vendor's public documentation. Vendors change these at their own discretion and without notice to us, so we cannot guarantee that this information is current. Your agreement with the vendor decides what you have.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend or end it. Because AuthBeam stores none of your users, nothing of theirs needs exporting if it ends.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Veridyne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the results of a migration you run with AuthBeam. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Data
How we handle data is described in the privacy notice and in how your data moves.
Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights as a consumer where they apply.
