Who we are
AuthBeam is run by VERIDYNE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (CUI 51635423, Trade Register J2025027184005, EUID ROONRC.J2025027184005), Str. Guliver 13, bl. C1, sc. 1, et. 5, ap. 49, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania. We are the controller of your account data. Contact: solutions@veridyne.eu.
The users you migrate
AuthBeam does not store them. They are read and converted in your browser and held in the tab's memory until you close it. If you use the optional pass-through for Auth0 or Okta, each call goes through our server in Frankfurt to the vendor. It is forwarded in memory and not written anywhere, and we add no logging to it. You remain the controller of that data, and where a call passes through, we act only as your processor for that moment. Read how your data moves.
What we collect about you
- Your account: name, email address, sign-in identifier and password (held by Auth0 as a hash), or your Google identity if you sign in with Google.
- First sign-in: your job title, your company and its size, the company details you choose to give (legal name, tax ID, trade register number, address, billing email, phone, website), the platforms you are moving between, roughly how many users, and when you accepted the terms.
We create a company record for you in the Veridyne customer registry, the same one used for AuthLens, AuthCanvas and our client portal, so we can support you.
Why, and on what basis
- To give you the account and the service you ask for (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep it secure, and to understand who uses AuthBeam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send one welcome email that also mentions Veridyne's other services (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time, and we send no further marketing without asking you.
We do not sell data or show ads.
How long we keep it
- The users you migrate: not kept.
- Your account and company record: until you ask us to remove them.
- Emails we send: Resend keeps a delivery record for a limited time.
